New Service Request

Welcome to SPG Water.  Please contact our office by phone at 870-439-2500 -or- you can print out the Water User Agreement (available under Forms & Reports) to apply for service. We do require a signed copy of the water user agreement, a photo ID, and contact phone number. 

For an exsisting water service we also need to collect a water meter deposit and connection fee as follows:

               Residential Meter Deposit $50.00 plus a $25.00 connect fee

               Business Meter Deposit $60.00 plus a $25.00 connect fee

               Renter Meter Deposit $150.00 plus a $25.00 connect fee

All meter deposits are refundable at the time of disconnection.  If there is a balance owed on the account at the time of the disconnection the meter deposit will be applied to the amount of the final bill.
